Our Awarded Chef Demos Samourakis is the creator of our delectable menu where he has combined both knowledge and expertise acquired throughout his gastronomic journey, to offer deliciously exceptional combinations, not only for dinner, lunch, but also for brunch. His professional experience had seen him work at the 2-Michelin Star restaurant 'Gastrologik', as well as other notable and high-profile restaurants, such as 7 Sins Food as a Head Chef, MAZI in London as a Sous Chef, the European restaurant Matsuhisa as a Chef De Partie and the internationally renowned Roca Moo in Barcelona.
